Where do you ship?

LXR ships to  the 48 contiguous American States. LXR also ships to Canada  (excluding PO Boxes and the three Northern Territories: Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut). To shop in Canada, go to 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on all orders sent to a valid delivery address in Canada and in the United States.

Can I pay for expedited shipping?

Unfortunately, expedited shipping is not currently available at this time. Please see our Shipping section for more information about our delivery schedule.

Where do you charge sales tax?

For orders placed within the United States sales tax is added to purchases shipped to the States of California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.

For orders placed within Canada: The prices listed on LXR are exclusive of tax. Federal sales tax (GST) and the relevant provincial sales tax, where applicable, will be added to your order at checkout.

Canadian Customs

While the majority of our products are duty free, some may indicate that they are currently cross-border. 

Prices do not include fees associated with cross-border shipments and may be subject to duties and taxes.

Any customs, duty or import fees will be at the customer’s expense at time of delivery to be paid directly to our preferred carrier. These are calculated based on the destination country’s regulations and rates. These expenses are non-refundable. 

Orders that are refused will be considered as an unauthorized return and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

When will my purchase arrive?

Shipping times and service used vary depending on the country and state of residence. Orders will typically be delivered between 5-10 business days from the time of purchase. 

Please note that for FedEx and UPS packages going to the USA or Canada, there can be up to 3 delivery attempts. If the delivery cannot be completed after the 3rd attempt, your package will be held at a local pickup location for 14 calendar days with UPS or 5 business days with FedEx.

If the package is not retrieved within the amount of days allotted, it will be returned to our warehouse and will be treated as an unauthorized return with a 15% restocking fee. If you would like to have your order re-shipped, there will be an additional $30 shipping fee.

Returns & Refunds

How do I return a purchase?

If you are not satisfied with an item purchased on, you can return it for free within 10 days from the date of delivery. Any orders that are returned without an approved RAN from one of our customer services representatives will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

Effective January 1, 2022, upon reception of the return label, the customer has 5 business days to proceed with the return. Any return made after 5 business days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee deducted from the final refund. 

Please note that some products are final sale and not eligible for returns. Refer to the final sale section for more information. 

What is your refund policy?

If your order is eligible to returns and you decide to return your purchase, you will be given a free refund. Before we can proceed with the refund, we also need 1 photo from you, showing the whole item with the orange cable attached to ensure that the item you are returning is the original one we sent.

The orange security tag must be intact and still attached when returning the product. The product must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any additional signs of use.

Products must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories (dust bags, straps, etc.) received with the order.

Once we have received these details regarding your request, we will send you a unique Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping label so that you can return your item to us.

Can I exchange my purchase for another product?

No direct product exchange is available at this time.

When will I see my credit or refund?

The time it takes for a refund to appear will depend on your credit card company or bank. Typically, a refund will appear on the client's billing statement around 10 business days after the date of the refund.

For returns, refunds will only be issued upon reception of the returned item at our final shipping warehouse. Please allow up to 5 business days from the time the item arrives at our warehouse for the refund to be issued.

What does final sale mean?

All items purchased during promotions offering 30% off and above are considered final sale, meaning no refund or returns available. Furthermore, certain specific promotions could be subject to the same final sale policy such as: BOGO deal, clearance section etc.

Because of hygienic reasons, earrings are final sale.

No refund and/or exchange will be allowed on products marked as final sale.
