HOLIDAY SHIPPING SCHEDULE
NOVEMBER 2013 – JANUARY 2014
If you want your item(s) to arrive before December 24, please make sure your order is placed before December 4
Our main shipping warehouse in the United States will be closed on November 28 and November 29 for Thanksgiving.
This will result in an additional shipping delay of approximately 2-3 business days during this period.
Christmas & New Year:
Please note that due to the holiday season there will be some disruptions to our regular service schedule.
Orders placed between December 23 and January 4 will not be processed until January 5.
This will result in an additional delay of approximately 7-8 business days.
We believe that everyone deserves to enjoy the holiday season, including our hard-working staff, and apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused.
Shipping Time & Rates
Orders are delivered within 10-15 business days from the receipt of your purchase. Shipping times may vary depending on the country and State of residence.
Shipping is free on all orders.
The typical shipping schedule runs as follows:
For orders placed within the United States: All orders will be shipped via standard FedEx Ground shipping to a valid address located in the 48 contiguous States, Alaska or Hawaii. We do not ship to APO/FPO and cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
For orders placed within Canada: All orders will be shipped via standard Purolator Ground shipping to a valid address located in the 10 provinces. For shipments to the 3 territories, please inquire for more information. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
For international orders: All orders will be shipped via standard Ground shipping to a valid address located in Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Portugal, Spain or the United Kingdom.
Unfortunately, at this stage LXR & Co. does not ship outside the regions specified above.
For orders placed within the United States: LXR & Co. does not add sales tax to purchases, except for those where the shipping address is located within the State of Nevada.
For orders placed within Canada: Federal sales tax (GST) and the relevant provincial sales tax will be added to your order at checkout.
For international orders: The relevant sales tax (VAT) and duty for the country of residence is included in the purchase price of each item.
Tracking Your Order
The tracking number for your order will be sent to you in a confirmation email after your package has been shipped. You can view the status of your shipment at any time once you have received this link.
All US orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Las Vegas.
All Canadian orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Toronto.
All European orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Amsterdam.
Packages that are returned to us by the shipping carrier will not be reshipped. Undelivered packages will instead be treated as returns. All unclaimed packages will be charged additional re-routing fees on top of the standard return fee.
