If for any reason clients are not satisfied with a purchase made on lxrco.com, the item(s) can be returned within 10 business days after delivery for a store credit or refund.
As of April 1st 2013, we will be implementing a $15 / €12 / £10 shipping and handling fee on all return requests. We will still honor return requests of any nature, the only difference is that a small fee will now be deducted from the final refund amount.
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 business days from the date of delivery to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please include the Order ID Number and Item Code(s) of the item(s) to be returned and state whether the return is for store credit or refund.
- Customers requesting a refund are required to provide LXR & Co. with a reason for return and three (3) photos of each item, including one image of the security tag, one image of the product card and one image of the item as a whole.
- LXR & Co. will issue clients with a prepaid shipping label so that item(s) can be returned directly.
- Returned items must be sent within 5 business days of receiving the RAN.
- Please ship the returned item with the courier indicated on the shipping label. Make sure that the Return Authorization Number (RAN) is written on the outside of the box.
Clients can choose between two compensation options:
Can be used to purchase other products on the site after it has been issued. Store credit does not expire;
For orders paid by credit card, the refund will appear on the client's next billing statement after a minimum of 10 days from the date of the refund. Processing times may vary depending on the credit card company.
Return Terms and Conditions
- The Security Tag must be intact and still attached to returned item(s). Item(s) must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use.
- Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories (dust bags, authenticity cards etc.) received with the order.
- Returns must be packaged in the LXR & Co. box or any other box as long as the dimensions and protective packaging are appropriate for the returned item(s).
- In the case of incorrect or defective merchandise, clients must follow the instructions above. LXR & Co. reserves the right to request photographic evidence regarding incorrect or defective merchandise before authorizing a return or refund.
- LXR & Co. reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent with the courier specified in the email detailing the return instructions. If an unauthorized return is accepted, LXR & Co. will deduct a 10% administrative/restocking fee from the refund.
- Products purchased online cannot be returned to the retail store in Beverly Hills, California.
- LXR & Co. will not accept returned merchandise that does not follow the terms and conditions stipulated in the Returns Policy. Items that do not comply with these terms and conditions will be returned to the sender at their original shipment address.
